HOW DO I BOOK A RENTAL CAR?

You can easily book online through our website or by contacting us directly. A deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due at the time of pickup.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY BOOKING?

Yes, modifications or cancellations can be made, but fees may apply depending on how close it is to your pickup date. Please check our cancellation policy.

REQUIREMENTS

WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED TO RENT A CAR?

A valid driver’s license, proof of insurance (if not we provide), and a major credit or debit card.

IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT?

Yes, renters must be at least 21 years old.

PAYMENTS

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Zelle, CashApp, Apple Pay, debit/credit cards, and cash. Flexible payment options like Klarna may also be available.

IS INSURANCE INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE?

Insurance is not always included. You may use your own coverage or purchase additional coverage through us if needed.

PICKUP & RETURNS

WHERE DO I PICK UP THE CAR?

Pickup and return details will be confirmed once your booking is secured. We also offer flexible delivery options for an additional fee.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN THE CAR LATE?

Late returns may result in an extra charge. Please contact us as soon as possible if you anticipate being late.

VEHICLE POLICIES

IS SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE CAR?

No, all our vehicles are smoke-free. A cleaning fee will apply if this policy is violated.

CAN I BRING PETS IN THE CAR?

Pets are allowed only if the vehicle is returned clean and free of hair, stains, or odors. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

OTHERS

DO THE CARS COME WITH UNLIMITED MILEAGE?

Most of our rentals include unlimited mileage, but some may have limits depending on the vehicle. Please confirm at the time of booking.

WHAT IF I GET INTO AN ACCIDENT?

In the event of an accident, contact us immediately and follow standard procedures (notify the police, file a report, and contact your insurance). Renters are required to provide proof of valid car insurance before renting. If an accident occurs, your personal auto insurance or the additional coverage you purchased at the time of rental will be used. You are responsible for any damages not covered by your insurance or the purchased policy.
